Quoted Price Includes:

·         Council Plans and Approval – Excluding any “special” conditions imposed by Local Council

·         Five-year structural warranty

·         HIA Indemnity Insurance and C.I.T.B. Levy

 

Owners Responsibility:

·         To supply a clear level site

·         To provide any additional white-ant protection that may be required

·         External hookups to electricity , water, sewer/septic and stormwater

·         To have any new services installed

·         Where applicable, obtain Council approval for septic tank system.

 

Transportation / On Site Construction:

·         On site and transport fees are site specific and will be individually quoted

 

Items not included in quoted prices:

·         Appliances (Stove/ Rangehood etc)

·         Septic

·         Stormwater System

·         Air conditioner

·         Any additional costs incurred to achieve the energy rating to meet the

“Energy Efficiency Regulations” as imposed by SA Government as at 1st January 2003.
