Owners Responsibility:

  • To supply a clear level site
  • To provide additional white-ant protection
  • For external hookups to electricity, water, sewer/septic and stormwater
  • To have any new services installed, and, where applicable
  • Obtain council approval for septic tank system.

Items Not Included in Quoted Price:

  • Stove and hot water service
  • Entrance steps and base Infill
  • Any additional costs incurred to achieve the energy rating to meet
  • The "Energy Efficiency Regulations" as imposed by SA Government as at 1st January 2003.
